What is Stress

Stress is an individual’s response to a change in circumstances or to a threatening situation. There are two types of stress – emotional stress and distress. Eustress is a positive and beneficial stress that motivates a person to continue working toward his or her goal. Distress, on the other hand, is a negative and harmful stress that causes feelings of demotivation, procrastination, memory impairment, difficulty concentrating at work, and low productivity.


What is eustress?

a. A positive and good stress that provide motivation to the person

b. A stress that demotivate the person

c. A stress that caused negative coping skills

What are the effects of bad stress?

a. Burnout, feeling demotivate, lacking of energy

b. Energetic in performing anything tasks

c. It enables you to perform a job task at an optimal level
