According to a survey on mental health and wellness conducted by Rakuten Insight in Malaysia in May 2022, 59 percent of the respondents aged between 16 and 24 years indicated that they had a higher level of stress or anxiety in the past 12 months

Individuals who lack proper self-care and effective coping skills will have chronic stress and anxiety and have high chances to suffer from mental illness such as depression and anxiety disorder.

Having proper self-care and effective coping skills help to reduce or eliminate anxiety and depression, reduce stress, improve concentration, minimize frustration and anger, increase happiness, improve energy, better work quality and performance and more.
